How to Get Your NY Real Estate License

Becoming a real estate agent in New York is easier than you think.

 

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Complete a 77-hour pre-licensing course (online or in-person)

  2. Pass the NY state licensing exam

  3. Choose a sponsoring broker (That’s where we come in!)

  4. Apply for your real estate license

  5. Start working with clients and building your business
